How to stay motivated when things get tough.
This comes from the perspective of a career that I had.
 Very high pressure, large company,
 healthcare, medical device,
marketing and sales dealing with a lot of senior management,
 politics, so forth.
For me, I would say the number one thing to stay
motivated when things get tough is take a break, get away.
So for me, it was doing something physical,
 getting away from my desk,
going to the weight room and working out,
 or going for a run,
but just getting away, clearing your head, right?
That is a great technique and come back to it later.
