What is the best way to grow in a career?

Master fundamentals, build skills, communicate, and accept responsibility to grow your career.

What I'm going to answer is the question about what is the best way to grow in
a career.
There's a couple of different things you definitely want to make sure you
concentrate on.
But the biggest thing is get very good at the fundamentals.
Know what your job is, know how to do your job, be reliable, communicate.
Even if there's some challenges, communicate that there's some challenges, and
continue
to educate yourself on those fundamentals.
You know, you got to do some definitely follow through.
Make sure when you follow through on what you say you're going to do, that
makes a big difference.
Now keep building your skills.
You know, every day you need to make sure that you're growing your skills,
getting better
at what you do and learn.
And finally, you know, one of the most important thing is ask for
responsibility before you
ask for title.
The more responsibility you have and you accept, the more worth you will have,
and that's
how you grow your career.

To grow in a career, focus on mastering fundamentals, building skills, reliably fulfilling commitments, and accepting responsibility.
