If you've ever blown down the moments an interviewer said, "Tell me about
 yourself,"
this video is for you, because that question is no small talk. It's actually
 your first audition.
Well, here's the thing. Most people treat these like a biography. They start
 from their primary
school, rumble through every job they've ever had, and basically read their CV
 out loud.
Here's what they're actually asking you. Why should we hire you? And can you
 communicate clearly?
That's it, three things. One, all you are professionally. Two, why you bring to
 the table.
Three, why you're here speaking to them specifically. And there you have it.
 That's your answer. Clean,
confidence, and connected to the role. You're not telling your life story. You
're sharing your
value story in a way that is relevant to the role. That's the kind of move that
 makes you
record out leaning and say, "Okay!" This person gets it. So, create your value
story and practice it out loud.

The answer advises on structuring the 'Tell me about yourself' response by focusing on professional value and relevance to the role.

Whats a piece of advice you can give to immigrant job seekers in the current market?

Advice for immigrant job seekers: maintain confidence, adapt, understand culture, and network effectively.

If you're an immigrant job seeker right now, I want you to hear this first.
Crossing borders didn't erase your volume.
You didn't lose your skills because you changed countries.
But the first hurdle I see a lot of people struggle with is often confidence.
Your first step is to believe in yourself and your experience.
Because if you don't see yourself as qualified, it becomes hard to show up as
 qualified.
Now, confidence doesn't mean ignoring the new environment you are in.
It simply means confidence plus adaptability.
So you need to pay attention to the culture in the new place you found yourself
.
Find out about your communication style, the workplace expectations,
and none of those little nuances.
But here is the biggest part that I have seen.
You have to learn to put yourself out there.
Because no one can hire the version of you they've never met.

The advice emphasizes maintaining confidence and being adaptable, while understanding workplace culture and networking effectively.
