Every single person in the world of sales, every single person that you
 encounter
could ultimately be your champion. And so when I tell people all the time, when
 you look at my
LinkedIn network, it has everyone from the person that greets you when you walk
 through the door
all the way up through to C-suite because you never know where your champion,
 regardless of whether
it's sales or not, will be created within an organization. So I treat everyone
as if they were my key
stakeholder and champion as I engage and meet them.

We all treat customers with the utmost respect, but I've taken that philosophy
 and applied
it across the board to colleagues that I work with, vendor partners.
Everyone gets treated as a client.
That's one of the golden rules as a career sales person that I've lived by.

Treat everyone as a customer by showing respect and professionalism, a key rule from a career in sales.
