How do you stay motivated when things get tough?

Stay motivated by revisiting your why, celebrating small wins, and leveraging support networks.

When things are tough, what I do to stay motivated is to go back to my why.
A deeper reason why I chose to take that path and that challenge.
I also remind myself that grow often, it feels uncomfortable.
And this sign of this comfort helps me to stretch myself and grow myself.
Generally, things look bigger than they actually are, so they are trying to
 break a big problem
 into smaller pieces.
So I celebrate the progress of the small wins and I'm not aiming for perfection
.
I also talk to people, my mentors, my peers, my friends, because they help me
 to give a
perspective which is very powerful, but at the same time I have the support
 network that
really encourage me to keep going.
So most importantly is that you need to know that motivation is a constant, but
 the discipline
and the purpose that you carry with you is.
So that's what you need to keep in mind.

What's the best career advice you've received?

Find a great manager for career growth and development.

The best career advice I ever received is that the best move in your career is
 to find a great manager.
Someone who can seize your potential, invest in your growth, your future and
creates a space for you to learn.
Skills matter, yes, but the right manager can accelerate that even more, more
 than any course, any title.
So they will challenge you, they will support you, they will help you grow the
unknown, they will help you navigate the network and internal politics of a
 company.
So when choosing a role, then just look for the job title or the company or
 even the salary.
Look for who you are going to be working for, the manager, the team, but the
great manager can definitely shape the trajectory of your career.

The best career advice is to find a great manager who recognizes your potential and drives your growth.
