What's your biggest weakness? Don't say you try too hard. Don't say you get
 hung up on
details. Don't turn a seemingly positive thing into a negative because you do
 it too much
or something. Try to focus on the honest answer. Try to focus on what is an
 area that you want
to get better at. You could improve on and share with your employer, your
 potential employer.
They will appreciate the honesty and they will appreciate the fact that
 somebody wants to grow
in the role with this company, with this organization. Full disclosure is the
 best answer when asked
 what's your weakness.

How should I answer “Why should we hire you”?

Highlight passion and match your skills to the job to stand out in interviews.

 Why should we hire you?
 Great question.
 I'd answer it two ways.
One, make sure they know that you have a lot of passion
and enthusiasm for the job opportunity.
 Secondly, take specific job requirements
and make sure they align to your skills and experience
and highlight why you are uniquely qualified
to take on this role, this endeavor.
 Be enthusiastic, be passionate,
 and be uniquely qualified.
That's why you should be hired.
 Thank you.
