I actually really don't like the question why should we hire you, but when you
're a candidate, you don't really have an opportunity to dictate what questions
 are actually asked.
Because it's so vague, you actually have an opportunity to reframe it as an
 advertisement for yourself.
So what I would do is obviously know the job description code and have done my
research on the company itself, which puts me in a situation to actually direct
 the narrative to my strengths.
I would highlight, we should hire me because you're looking for somebody who
can lead teams and grow process.
You're looking for somebody who can deliver these kinds of results.
I've had these results in these stops driving these outcomes with specific
 numbers in mind.
So you can take a vague question and reframe it in a way that is going to allow
you to show that you are the best person that they can hire.
And you could also then try and drive the conversation in a way that really
highlights your strengths and maybe minimizes the weaknesses that you know.

The answer suggests reframing the question 'Why should we hire you?' to highlight personal strengths aligned with the job.

How do you answer “What’s your biggest weakness” in an interview?

Reframe weaknesses as growth opportunities and demonstrate self-awareness in interviews.

To me, the subtext of every interview question is really, why should we hire
 you or why you're
the best person for the job?
So when I think about a question such as, what is your biggest weakness in an
 interview,
it's really asking about self-awareness and what you know about yourself in
 terms of what
 you can improve.
I usually flip the script on this and I actually say, I don't have weaknesses,
 I have opportunities.
And here is the most important opportunity that I'm currently working on.
I share what I am actually working on and doing about it and how I think I can
 improve it
in the job that is being offered.
For instance, I am working on my data fluency.
I have taken these courses so far and when I join this organization in this
 role, I look
forward to learning more and learning it the right way from you.
That way you are highlighting things that you don't know yet, things that you
 hope to
learn and you show that growth mindset.

The answer suggests reframing weaknesses as opportunities for growth, demonstrating self-awareness and a commitment to professional development.
